Payments
If you are new to Calvary Christian School please follow the below instructions to set up your Family Portal Account.
You will need to submit an application first. After your information has been added to the system, follow the directions below.
Go to factsmgt.com
Click on the login here button at the top.
Navigate to the For Families tile.
Click on family portal login.
Enter the following information:
School Code: cc-ky
Click the blue Create Account button.
Enter the email address you used on the application and then Create Account.
You will be prompted to create a username and password.
Click on the login here button at the top.
Navigate to the For Families tile.
Click on family portal login.
Enter the following information:
School Code: cc-ky
Click the blue Create Account button.
Enter the email address you used on the application and then Create Account.
You will be prompted to create a username and password.
- Passwords must not start or end with a space
- Passwords must contain at least 12 characters
- Passwords must contain one letter
- Passwords must contain one number
- Passwords must include at least one special character: !@#$%^&*()_+-.
- Passwords must not have invalid special characters.
- Passwords are case sensitive.
A link will be sent to you that expires in 6 hours.
Once you login with your username and password, click on the financial tab.
If anything has been billed to your account, you will see the amount due in the 2nd tile.
Click on Financial home in the 3rd tile. You will need to enter a one time 4 digit pin number. You should be able to pay any balance due from here. Another option is to click on Add Funds in the 1st tile and enter the amount due in the general category. I will then apply this payment to the charges.
There is also a Facts parent number you can call and make payments over the phone. That number is 866-441-4637. While there is a fee charged for credit card payments, there is no charge for ACH payments. You can also pay with cash or check at the front desk at Entrance A.
