A Kentucky native, Kay earned her BA degree in English and Sociology from Morehead State University with graduate work in Education. She has taught in Christian schools for 33 years at all grade levels, Pre-K through 12, and in the Upward Bound Program at Morehead State University.
She and her husband Ron have been married for 41 years and have three sons and ten grandchildren. Kay lives in Richmond and attends Real Life Community Church where she serves in the children’s ministry, new believer’s classes, and the homeless outreach.
Kay feels blessed and excited to serve as librarian at CCS. Her greatest desire is to see her students receive a quality education and be nurtured in their faith that they may fulfill their purpose in the Kingdom of God.
